90% of our Rugs are dispatched same day or next working day, on aFASTcourier service.

If you have any special request regarding delivery, please inform us of those requests to help us deliver an even better service.

Our carrier services will attempt delivery twice and cards will be left. If the card is not acted upon the item will be held at their depot and arrangements can be made to collect from the there.
